Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help with refunds or exchanges where possible.
This policy applies to physical products (chemistry kits, materials, and accessories) purchased from our online store. Lab services (printing, processing, scanning) and bookable sessions are subject to separate terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Important: Made-to-Order & Perishable Products
Our alternative photographic chemistry kits and solutions are made to order and are perishable products with limited shelf lives. As such, they are subject to specific return conditions outlined below.
Non-Returnable Items
Chemistry kits and solutions cannot be returned once opened or if seals are broken, as they are perishable products with limited shelf life and made to order for each customer.
Unopened Returns
Unopened chemistry kits and products may be returned within 7 days of receipt only if the product is completely unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Due to the perishable nature and short shelf life of our chemistry products, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.
Other Products
Non-perishable items such as papers, accessories, and equipment may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in original packaging.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We will provide a full refund or replacement if products arrive damaged, defective, or if we have sent you the wrong item. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different variant (such as size or format). If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Lab Services & Bookable Sessions
Lab services cannot be cancelled once work has commenced. For bookable sessions (workshops and tuition), please see our Terms & Conditions for cancellation policies.
