We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Many orders are prepared and dispatched the same or next working day, but some items are mixed or assembled in small batches and may take slightly longer.

UK Shipping

All product prices include standard tracked delivery within the United Kingdom.

Typical delivery time is 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Delays

During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will help locate, replace, or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
