Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Many orders are prepared and dispatched the same or next working day, but some items are mixed or assembled in small batches and may take slightly longer.
UK Shipping
All product prices include standard tracked delivery within the United Kingdom.
Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days from dispatch.
Delays
During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer.
If there is any significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, provide photographs of the damage.
If your order has not arrived, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel has not been located within 10 days of the original delivery estimate, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
