Terms & Conditions (Product Sales)
1. General

By using our website and purchasing products from Bexhill Darkroom Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in UK Sterling (£). Bexhill Darkroom Services is not VAT registered. Prices may change at any time, but the price at checkout is final. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

4. Delivery

Shipping is a flat rate of £3.95 within the UK. Delivery times are estimates only. Goods remain our property until paid in full. Responsibility passes to you upon delivery.

5. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please notify us in writing by email or via our contact form.

Once you notify us, you then have 14 days to return the items.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

6. Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

Made-to-order or personalised items

Sealed chemical products once opened or unsealed, where return is unsuitable for safety reasons

Any items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bexhill-darkroom.com, ideally within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage or incorrect items, and include your order number and photos where possible.

If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Under UK consumer law, you have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods and receive a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing excludes your statutory rights. Liability is limited to the value of goods purchased.

10. Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR. Data is handled securely and not sold to third parties.
