1. General

By using our website and purchasing products from Bexhill Darkroom Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in UK Sterling (£). Bexhill Darkroom Services is not VAT registered. Prices may change at any time, but the price at checkout is final. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

4. Delivery

Shipping is a flat rate of £3.95 within the UK. Delivery times are estimates only. Orders will be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Goods remain our property until paid in full. Responsibility passes to you upon delivery.

5. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods. Notify us in writing. You then have 14 days to return items. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt.

6. Exceptions

Cancellation does not apply to made-to-order, perishable, or unsealed chemical goods.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Contact us within 48 hours with evidence. You are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund. You have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods.

8. Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing excludes your statutory rights. Liability is limited to the value of goods purchased.

10. Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR. Data is handled securely and not sold to third parties.
