Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using standard tracked delivery. Typical delivery times are 2–5 business days from dispatch.

During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be longer. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist in locating or replacing it.
